Elon Musk Twitter Account Temporarily Locked

The co-founder of Tesla Motors, Elon Musk has posted on Twitter that the company temporarily blocked his account on the social network thinking it had been hacked.

Musk, one of the profiles with the most followers on Twitter (23.1 million), usually uses the social platform to publish professional and personal content. In the social network, he alternates publications with news about his companies with mere lucubrations and personal reflections.

Before publishing the tweet about the blockade, he had published manga images and asked his followers if they wanted to buy Bitcoin.

Last August, Musk tweeted that he was thinking about taking Tesla out of the stock market and that it would stop being quoted, a move for which he was later penalized by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for prove potentially deceptive to the public.
